My promise about buying things
- I'll check what you already have and tell you honestly if it still works.
- If you do need something new, I'll help you pick the right one and find the best price, even at Costco or Best Buy.
- You can buy it anywhere you like. You pay the store, not me.
- If I supply the item, I show you my cost in writing and add a small, fixed markup of no more than 10%. You can always say no and buy it elsewhere.

Live too far for a visit? Or want a family member looked after? I help by phone and secure screen sharing, anywhere in Canada.

Hi, I'm Michael. I run Mikey's Cell Phone & Computer Repair in Abbotsford and I have fixed thousands of phones and computers. I started Steady Hand Tech because many seniors told me the same thing: they just want someone patient to explain it properly.
I'll never rush you, never use confusing words, and never talk you into something you don't need. You can ask the same question as many times as you like.
